Our first development started in the 1980's. The Gleanings Village is unlike any other community in the area. There is just something about it, you can't explain it but it is there. 

Growing up this was our backyard. We always had friends to play with and something to do.  Many of those friendships made over time has lasted through the years and now we get to watch our childhood friends bring their children back to the community and make new memories with them. 

Our little green office still sits in the Gleanings and we probably will never leave this area. Spiker Bros. does not just build homes but we build communiites. Ones that we are invested in. 

 Enjoying some play time by the pond and fishing. The pond is a catch and release pond. We ask that children be supervised at all times. 

Our Easter Egg hunts that we have held in the Gleanings. It became a great tradition with the community members and one we look forward to starting again in 2017.
